Booking Fee

A non-refundable booking fee is due at the time of booking an appointment unless a card is on file when booking through the booking site! The booking fee is non-refundable. The remaining balance will be due at the time of your service. Your booking fee is due the same day of booking your appointment. If no deposit is paid, the appointment time and date will not be held. The deposit goes toward the total, the rest may be paid with card or cash. NO BOOKING FEE WHEN BOOKING THROUGH MY BOOKING SITE.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

We understand that circumstances may come up that could force you to cancel your appointment however a new booking fee will be required to book another appointment if you did not cancel / reschedule 24-72 hours before your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable BUT they can be transferred to another appointment ONLY if you rescheduled / canceled in advance. Deposits will expire in 6 months if not used.

No-Shows

No-shows and last minute cancellations will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will not be able to book another appointment without the payment in full. After 2 no shows you will not be able to book any further services.

Late policy

Please plan to arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you are over 10 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled. These are services that CANNOT be rushed so please arrive on time.

Existing Tattoos

Must be approved by me before booking an appointment.

Touch-up

Each treatment requires a touch-up usually 4-8 weeks after the first session done. There will be an additional charge to the touch up price if the touch up is not scheduled in the recommended time frame.

Pre-existing Conditions

Please let us know of any pre-existing conditions as we may require a doctor's permission for certain conditions. We will not work on anyone who is pregnant or nursing.

LASH EXTENSION POLICY

Touch-up

Touch-ups are generally done every 2-4 weeks. You must have 40% of lashes still on for the appointment to be considered a fill. Do not come to the appointment with make-up still on.

New clients

All new clients must start with a fresh set done by me. I do not go over other techs work at this time.

LASH LIFT AND LAMINATION POLICY

Appointments

Must be done at least 6 weeks apart. There is risk of over processing hair if done sooner.
